Manny originates from New York City and the island of Puerto Rico. His passion for all libations and culinary adventures is complimented by his laid back approach to the complexities of wine and all beverages. Manny prefers to create a "relaxed" atmosphere for the selection of fine wine, beveraage and dining choices. His goal is always complete satisfaction and full enjoyment for his guest's experience.

Manny has had the pleasure of working with some of this country's best and brightest Chefs during his 20 year career in hospitality. With two levels to complete in his quest to become a Master Sommelier, he has served as Sommelier for the dining rooms of Vong and Spice Market in New York City, Chef Govind Armstrong's Table 8 in South Beach and Classics in Cleveland with Chef Guillaume Brard at the helm. Currently, he is the beverage consultant and Sommelier for the Certified Angus Beef  ® brand, one of the Sommeliers for the Wine Spectator's "California Wine Experience" each year, Sommelier for the Culinary Vegetable Institute in Milan, Ohio and your host at Grady's Fine Wine in Rocky River, Ohio.

Jen is a native of Cleveland, Ohio, and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York. She has served as general manager of the Grill Room at the InterContinental Hotel and Fire Food and Drink, as well as, the Food Service Director for Stone Gardens at Menorah Park. Now, she performs the admirable tasks of loving wife, mother of two wonderful boys and the creative talent behind the deliciously, decadent desserts of Jenny Lynn's Sweets available at Grady's.

Manny has developed many personal relationships with several of the world's top wine, beer and spirit producers frequently visiting their regions to sample their offerings first hand from the barrel, bottle, copa or cask. His experience results in first hand, up to date knowledge in procuring and making available to his guest's nothing but the best at all price point levels.
